# Overview

> Track AI visibility, review competitors, investigate sources, and inspect the latest answer examples

The Overview page is the fastest way to understand how your brand is showing up in AI-generated answers.

It helps you answer four core questions:

* Are we appearing more or less often over time
* Which competitors are winning visibility in the same conversations
* Which domains are shaping those answers
* What do the actual responses look like

The page is organized into four sections: **Visibility**, **Competitors**, **Top sources**, and **Recent chats**.

## When to use this page

Use Overview when you need a quick read on performance before deciding what to do next.

It is especially useful for:

* weekly visibility check-ins
* campaign monitoring
* brand and competitor comparisons
* explaining AI visibility changes to stakeholders

## Filters

The toolbar controls the whole page.

| Filter | Why you would use it |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Tags | Focus on a campaign, topic, funnel stage, or market |
| Model | Compare providers or isolate one provider's behavior |
| Project | Switch between brands, products, or sites |
| Date range | See how visibility changes across a specific period |

<Tip>
  If your team relies on a preferred tag, Beeze can apply it automatically on supported AI Search
  pages so repeat analysis is faster.
</Tip>

## Visibility

The visibility chart shows the share of tracked chats that mention each brand.

This is usually the first place to look when you want to understand:

* whether your brand is gaining or losing presence
* whether one provider treats your brand differently from another
* whether a competitor is moving faster in the same prompt set

When you hover a brand in the competitor table, the chart highlights the same brand so you can compare them together.

## Competitors

The competitors table ranks brands by visibility for the current filters.

Use it when you want to:

* see who is most visible in the same conversations
* compare your brand against a specific competitor
* decide which brands deserve a deeper review next

<Note>
  This table is for quick comparison. To add, edit, or remove tracked competitors, go to
  [Competitors](/ai-search/competitors).
</Note>

## Top sources

Top sources shows which domains appear most often in AI answers.

This helps you move from **what changed** to **why it changed**.

Use this section to:

* identify the domains influencing AI answers in your space
* see whether your own site is cited often enough
* spot publishers, forums, or competitor sites gaining influence
* decide where content, digital PR, or authority-building work may have the biggest impact

If you need a deeper investigation, continue in [Sources](/ai-search/sources).

## Recent chats

Recent chats shows the latest tracked answer examples behind the data.

Open the detail view when you need to confirm:

* how your brand was mentioned
* which links were cited
* whether the answer favored a competitor
* how the provider framed the response

This is the best place to move from summary metrics to real examples you can share with a team.
