# Onboarding

> Create your workspace, set up your first project, and optionally connect Google Analytics

Onboarding is where you turn a new Beeze account into a working workspace.

The setup is intentionally short — two steps and you are ready to start.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add your website">
    Enter the main domain for the site or brand you want to work on, such as `example.com`.

    This domain becomes the starting point for your first project. Once created, you can begin organizing prompts, reviewing visibility, and connecting related reporting without extra setup.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect Google Analytics (optional)">
    You can connect a GA4 property during onboarding or skip it and come back later.

    Connecting now is useful when you want to compare SEO work with real traffic outcomes, validate whether backlinks are driving visits, or start reporting on channels and referrals sooner.

    If you skip this step, you can always connect it later from [Google Analytics](/integrations/analytics).
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What Beeze creates for you

When you submit the domain, Beeze creates:

* a new workspace
* a first project tied to that domain
* the project context used across AI Search, link building, and analytics

<Tip>
  If you work across several brands or sites, you can add more projects later in
  [Projects](/settings/projects).
</Tip>

## After onboarding

Once the workspace is ready, here is a good order to follow:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Review your first project">Confirm the project name and domain look correct.</Step>

  <Step title="Add or import tracked prompts">
    Open [AI prompts](/ai-search/prompts) to build the prompt library that powers your visibility
    tracking.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check AI visibility">
    Open [AI Search](/ai-search/overview) to see your current visibility, competitor presence,
    and top cited sources.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect analytics if needed">
    Open [Google Analytics](/integrations/analytics) to tie traffic data to your SEO work.
  </Step>
</Steps>
