System alerts is the admin page for messages shown across the application. Use it when you need to communicate something important to everyone in the workspace, such as planned maintenance, active incidents, or temporary product guidance.

What an alert includes

StatusWhether the alert is currently active or inactive
DismissibleWhether users can close the alert themselves

What you can do

  • Create an alert
  • Edit the message, variant, or dismissible behavior
  • Activate or deactivate an alert
  • Delete an alert when it is no longer needed
This page is only available to admins. Non-admin users cannot view or manage system alerts.
