Onboarding is where you turn a new Beeze account into a working workspace. The setup is intentionally short — two steps and you are ready to start.
1

Add your website

Enter the main domain for the site or brand you want to work on, such as example.com.This domain becomes the starting point for your first project. Once created, you can begin organizing prompts, reviewing visibility, and connecting related reporting without extra setup.
2

Connect Google Analytics (optional)

You can connect a GA4 property during onboarding or skip it and come back later.Connecting now is useful when you want to compare SEO work with real traffic outcomes, validate whether backlinks are driving visits, or start reporting on channels and referrals sooner. If you skip this step, you can always connect it later from Google Analytics.

What Beeze creates for you

When you submit the domain, Beeze creates:
  • a new workspace
  • a first project tied to that domain
  • the project context used across AI overviews, link building, and analytics
If you work across several brands or sites, you can add more projects later in Projects.

After onboarding

Once the workspace is ready, here is a good order to follow:
1

Review your first project

Confirm the project name and domain look correct.
2

Add or import tracked prompts

Open AI prompts to build the prompt library that powers your visibility tracking.
3

Check AI visibility

Open AI overviews to see your current visibility, competitor presence, and top cited sources.
4

Connect analytics if needed

Open Google Analytics to tie traffic data to your SEO work.
