What batch analysis does
Before spending time writing briefs or reaching out to a domain, you want to know if it’s worth targeting. Batch analysis lets you upload a list of domains — as many as several thousand at once — and score each one automatically against authority, trust, and relevance signals.Running an analysis
- Open Outreach → Batch Analysis
- Select New analysis
- Upload a CSV file with one domain per row (or paste a list directly)
- Choose the product and campaign context — this is used to calculate relevance scores
- Submit — the job is queued and runs in the background
- When complete, the scored list appears in your analysis history
Scoring model
Each domain receives three scores, each from 0–100:| Score | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Authority | Domain authority based on backlink profile and trust signals |
| Trust | Spam-adjusted quality — penalizes link farms, thin content, and paid link patterns |
| Relevance | Topical match between the domain’s content and your product/campaign context |
Reading results
The results table shows all submitted domains with their scores and a recommendation:| Recommendation | Criteria |
|---|---|
| Strong target | All three scores above threshold |
| Review | Mixed scores — worth manual review |
| Skip | One or more scores below minimum threshold |
