What briefs are

A brief is a structured document that gives an outreach writer or agency everything they need to pitch a specific domain: the target site’s topic focus, why it’s relevant, the proposed angle, and supporting context. Beeze.io generates briefs automatically from your domain scoring data.

Generating a brief

  1. Complete a batch domain analysis in Batch Analysis to build a scored list
  2. Open Outreach → Briefs and select New brief
  3. Choose the scored domain list as the source
  4. Apply any filters (minimum authority score, source type, country)
  5. Review the generated draft — each brief pulls in domain data, suggested angles, and relevant context
  6. Edit inline or approve as-is
  7. Export as CSV or push directly to your automation workflow

Brief fields

Each generated brief includes:
FieldDescription
Target domainThe domain being pitched
Domain authorityDA score from the batch analysis
Trust scoreSpam-adjusted trust rating
Relevance scoreTopical relevance to your product or campaign
Suggested angleAI-generated pitch angle based on the domain’s content focus
NotesEditable field for your team to add context
StatusDraft, approved, sent, or declined

Bulk actions

From the briefs table you can:
  • Approve all — Mark all filtered briefs as approved in one action
  • Export selected — Download a CSV of selected briefs for handoff to writers or agencies
  • Archive — Remove briefs from the active view without deleting history

Brief status lifecycle

Draft → Approved → Sent → [Won / Lost / No response]
Status transitions can be set manually or updated automatically when an automation job marks the brief as sent.

Exporting briefs

Use the export button in the toolbar to download briefs as CSV. The export respects the current filter and includes all visible columns. Large exports (over 1,000 rows) are queued and delivered as a download link.
