The Prompts page is where you decide what Beeze should track. Prompt quality shapes every visibility chart, source report, and competitor comparison that follows. Use this page to build a prompt library that reflects:
  • the topics you want to own
  • the questions customers actually ask
  • the campaigns or product areas you care about
  • the markets and locations you need to monitor

How the page is organized

The list is split into three tabs:
  • Active for prompts you want Beeze to track now
  • Suggested for ideas that need review before they become part of your main reporting set
  • Inactive for prompts you want to keep for history without using in active tracking
This setup makes it easier to separate live monitoring from experiments.

Filters and counters

The header includes:
  • Add prompt
  • a prompt counter that shows how close you are to your plan limit
  • filters for tags, project, country, and date range
Use these controls to understand not just how many prompts you have, but how well they cover the categories and markets that matter to your strategy.

Add a prompt

Use Add prompt when you want to track a new question manually. The dialog includes:
FieldWhy it matters
Prompt textCaptures the question or phrasing you want to monitor
LocationLets you track how answers differ by market
TagsHelps group prompts by campaign, topic, funnel stage, or audience
If a project is already selected, Beeze uses it as the default so setup stays faster.

Bulk upload

If you already have a list of prompts, use the Bulk upload tab to import them by CSV. This is useful when you want to:
  • launch tracking for a large topic set quickly
  • migrate an existing prompt list into Beeze
  • organize prompts by project, status, and tags in one pass
The CSV format supports these columns:
ColumnNotes
prompt_textRequired
primary_productOptional, falls back to the current project when blank
locationOptional country code
statusOptional, supports the allowed prompt statuses
tagsOptional, separate multiple tags with semicolons
The uploader validates file type, size, and row count before import so you can catch formatting issues early.

Working with existing prompts

The list view is designed for ongoing prompt management. Use it to:
  • search by prompt text
  • tag groups of prompts in bulk
  • export the prompts you are reviewing
  • move prompts between active, suggested, and inactive states
Open a prompt when you want the full context for that one question. The detail view shows how that prompt performs across visibility, competitors, sources, and recent chats. Use Settings inside the detail view to change location, tags, or status without returning to the list.

Good prompt strategy

Prompt quality matters more than prompt volume. A focused set of well-written prompts produces cleaner insights than a large set of vague ones.
  • Write prompts in natural language, close to how a person would actually ask the question
  • Include questions that reflect real search behavior
  • Use tags to keep reporting organized by topic, funnel stage, or campaign
  • Test new ideas in Suggested before promoting them to Active
  • Keep old prompts in Inactive when you want to preserve historical context

When to use this page

  • When you are setting up AI visibility tracking for a new brand or project
  • When campaigns or priorities change
  • When you need better prompt coverage for a topic or market
  • When reporting feels noisy because the prompt set is outdated or inconsistent
