What the visibility score tells you
The visibility score is the percentage of your tracked prompts where the AI mentioned your brand in its response. For example, if you track 200 prompts and your brand appears in 40 of them, your visibility score is 20%. The score updates as Beeze processes new answers, so it reflects the latest state of your tracked prompt set — not a one-time snapshot. A few things to keep in mind:- The score is relative to your prompt library. Adding or removing prompts changes the denominator, which changes the score
- A mention counts whether the brand is featured prominently or only referenced briefly
- Scores are most useful when compared over time or against competitors, not as absolute benchmarks
Competitor comparison chart
The competitor comparison chart plots your visibility score alongside every tracked competitor over time. Use it to answer questions like:- Is a competitor gaining visibility while yours is flat
- Did a content change or campaign shift the balance
- Are there seasonal patterns in how AI platforms cite brands in your space
Recent activity
The recent activity section shows the latest AI-generated answers that mentioned your brand. Each entry includes:- The prompt that triggered the answer
- Which AI model produced it
- A preview of how your brand was referenced

Reading your dashboard
Check the visibility score
Look at the headline number. Is it higher or lower than last time you checked? A shift of more than a few points usually means something changed — either in AI behavior, your content, or competitor activity.
Scan the competitor chart
See whether any competitor moved significantly. If a competitor jumped, that is worth investigating. If everyone moved together, the shift may reflect a model update rather than a competitive change.
Filter by model
Switch between AI providers to see if the change is platform-specific. A drop on Gemini but not ChatGPT tells a different story than a drop everywhere.
Filter by tag
Narrow to a specific campaign or topic. This helps you understand whether the change is broad or concentrated in one area of your prompt set.
Review recent activity
Read through the latest mentions. Confirm whether your brand is being positioned favorably and whether the context matches your expectations.
Decide on next steps
If something looks off, continue to Overview for a deeper analysis. If everything looks stable, you are done.
